All Wholesale-Carabiner.com product can be ordered securely via our shopping cart. All orders that will be customized will have a proof prepared for review prior to production. Revisions are free of charge, and so is our art assistance and design.

Contact Form

To order (or to just ask questions) simply contact us using the form on this page with the item number, quantity and color of the item you are interested in. Your contact will be handled by a professional customer care specialist who will be your single point of contact and who fully understands art files and can assist you with them, can answer product and engraving questions, and send you samples. Once all questions are answered and it's time to actually place the order, we will email you back a secure link created only for you with all order details, including a free eProof of the product showing the engraving for review. If everything is correct, simply enter your billing and shipping information and submit the secure form to complete the process. If anything needs to be changed, just let us know and we'll make any needed adjustments and revise and resend the order page to you at no charge.

Free Preview and Quote

On every product page there is a form which you can fill out and attach a graphic to have us prepare and send you a free proof and firm quote — all before you actually place your order. It's a great way to confirm you will receive exactly what you want, and to have your art checked for any pre-production issues, before committing to an order.

Sometimes just emailing your order in proves to be the simplest and most convenient way to order. To do so, just send an email to [email protected], noting the item number and color / qty, and attaching any graphics you want used and any layout instructions. We will email you back a secure link created only for you with all order details, including a free eProof of the product showing the engraving for review. Rush Orders Since we engrave our products ourselves, in house, we can generally accommodate rush order production, even as fast as same day if needed.
