Reordering

We’ve recently upgraded our website May 30th 2025 to improve performance and make future reorders easier.

Your past order is in our system, and we do have all your past order records on file—going back over 10 years! However for orders placed before May 30th 2025, they may not be available for self-serve reordering online—yet.

  • You can reorder any of the following ways:

    • Use the reorder form below – Provide your previous order number (if available), company name, or any other details, and we’ll quickly locate your past order.
    • Or reply to a past order email – If you have an old order confirmation or proof email from us, simply reply to it.
    • Or contact our team directly – Email us at service@wholesale-carabiners.com or call us, and we’ll find your previous order for you.

    Once we receive your reorder request, we’ll send a proof, and order confirmation link. From there, you can approve and place the reorder order online.

    And after your reorder is placed, it will then also appear in your online account for self-serve reordering.

  • What We Keep on File

    We retain all order details, including:

    • Order numbers, quantities, and colors
    • Artwork and proof approvals
    • Shipping addresses and past order history
    Need to Make Changes to a Past Order?

    If you need to update artwork, change colors, or adjust quantities, just let us know! We can send your previous artwork back to you or make any modifications before placing your reorder.
