Ordering Process
All orders can be placed securely via our online shopping cart. Customized orders require proof approval before production begins. Proof revisions and basic art assistance are free of charge. Orders may also be placed by phone at 877-204-9511 or via email at service@wholesale-carabiners.com.
Artwork Proofs
All artwork proofs must be approved prior to production. Please review your proof carefully, as the final product will reflect the approved proof exactly, including any spelling or grammatical errors. We are not responsible for errors that appear also in approved proofs. More information on customization can be found here.
Straps and Rings
Orders with straps or rings included are shipped in bulk, unattached. If you require attached straps or rings, an additional fee will apply.
Payment & Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Previous orders do not guarantee future pricing. The prices listed on our website reflect current pricing and supersede all prior versions.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards at the time of order.
- Purchase Orders: Approved purchase orders (POs) are accepted from schools, healthcare facilities, and government organizations. More information on purchase orders can be found here.
Rush Orders
As we handle engraving in-house, we can accommodate rush orders, sometimes as quickly as same-day production. Please contact us for availability and additional charges.
Samples
We are happy to provide samples for review. Samples are typically from previous overruns and display generic artwork. If you require a customized "spec" sample, additional charges may apply. To request a sample, contact us.
