  • Shipping Information

    • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after artwork approval. Please refer to individual product pages for exact production times.
    • Shipping Methods: We use FedEx ground and express to deliver bulk-packed orders efficiently.
    • Signature Required Delivery: Used for orders over $300.
    • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
    • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, please contact us to discuss rush options and shipping options.
    • Late / Lost Packages: We can not be responsible for late or lost packages as a result of being provided with incorrect address information, failure to sign for packages, failure to accept delivery, or carrier delays and errors. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier whenever possible.

    Returns & Order Issues

    We stand behind our products and ensure they meet your approved specifications. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part:

    • Defective or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Resolution Options: We offer either a replacement at no cost or a partial credit if you prefer to keep the order with minor discrepancies.
    • How to Report an Issue: Contact us with a description and photos of the issue.

    Return Conditions

    • Returns are only accepted if there is a clear production error (e.g., incorrect engraving).
    • We do not accept returns for which there is an approved proof that contains matching typos or design errors.
    • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
